  • 8 ounces Goat Cheese (or Feta)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

For Garnish
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves for garnish

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to fit your baking sheet and transfer it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Lightly score a 1-inch border around the edges of the pastry.
  4. Brush the inner area of the scored pastry with olive oil.
  5. Slice ripe tomatoes into even rounds and arrange them evenly over the inner area of the pastry.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese (or feta) on top of the tomatoes.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the tops.
  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
  10. Slice into desired shapes and serve warm.
