Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the peanut butter, brown sugar substitute, egg, and protein powder in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
- Form 12 balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball gently to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes until edges are slightly brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring.
