  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Substitute Coconut sugar or low-calorie sweetener
  • 1 large Egg Can substitute with 1/4 cup applesauce for vegan option
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Consider flavored protein for variety

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the peanut butter, brown sugar substitute, egg, and protein powder in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  3. Form 12 balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Flatten each ball gently to about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes until edges are slightly brown.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring.
