Garnish
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Arils fresh is best

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves finely chopped
Seasoning

Preparation Steps
  1. Blend the crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese in a food processor with olive oil, lemon juice, and honey for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste and blend for another 30 seconds.
  3. Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top.
  4. Sprinkle pomegranate arils and chopped pistachios on top, followed by finely chopped mint leaves.
  5. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and serve with dippers.
