- Chop fresh pineapple and combine with water in a pot. Boil and then simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a bowl or pitcher, discarding solids.
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan, heat until sugar dissolves, then cool.
- In a large pitcher, mix strained pineapple water, lemon syrup, lemon juice, and cranberry juice.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
