Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chop fresh pineapple and combine with water in a pot. Boil and then simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Strain the mixture into a bowl or pitcher, discarding solids.
  3. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan, heat until sugar dissolves, then cool.
  4. In a large pitcher, mix strained pineapple water, lemon syrup, lemon juice, and cranberry juice.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices, pineapple wedges, and mint.
