Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the thawed puff pastry sheets and roll slightly to flatten.
  3. Spread the peach pie filling across the puff pastry, adding sugar and cinnamon if desired.
  4. Cut the pastry into 2-inch strips and roll each strip into a spiral.
  5. Place each rolled strip in the greased muffin tin, curling them into a spiral shape.
  6. Mix egg with water to create an egg wash and brush the tops of the pastries.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  8. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with milk or cream until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cruffins before serving.
