- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with chicken.

- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine chicken, shrimp, and drained penne with the sauce, tossing gently to coat. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot, either plated or family-style.
