Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the kielbasa and veggie mix in a single layer across the sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even caramelization.
