Preparation Steps
- Lightly grease an 8”x8” pan with coconut oil and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine 3 cups of juice with 8 tablespoons of gelatin and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the remaining 1 cup of juice until gently steaming.
- Carefully add the bloomed gelatin mixture into the warmed juice, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 4-5 hours until firm.
- Remove from the fridge, slice into squares or use cookie cutters for fun shapes.
