  • 8 tablespoons Gelatin Use Vital Proteins brand for best results; alternatives include agar-agar or fish gelatin.
  • Coconut oil For greasing the pan, any neutral oil works too.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Lightly grease an 8”x8” pan with coconut oil and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 3 cups of juice with 8 tablespoons of gelatin and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, warm the remaining 1 cup of juice until gently steaming.
  4. Carefully add the bloomed gelatin mixture into the warmed juice, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 4-5 hours until firm.
  6. Remove from the fridge, slice into squares or use cookie cutters for fun shapes.
