- Wash and slice a ripe, seedless watermelon, removing the rind and chopping into 2-inch cubes.
- Pack the Ninja Creami pint container tightly with the chopped watermelon. Pour coconut water over it until max fill line is reached.
- Secure the lid on the container and freeze it horizontally for 12 to 24 hours.
- Warm the container slightly by microwaving for 30 seconds or running under hot water. Insert into the Ninja Creami and select the sorbet setting.
- Check the texture after the first spin. If too dry or chunky, re-spin for a smoother result.
- Scoop the sorbet into chilled bowls or cups and garnish with mint leaves or lime slice if desired.
