Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and slice a ripe, seedless watermelon, removing the rind and chopping into 2-inch cubes.
  2. Pack the Ninja Creami pint container tightly with the chopped watermelon. Pour coconut water over it until max fill line is reached.
  3. Secure the lid on the container and freeze it horizontally for 12 to 24 hours.
  4. Warm the container slightly by microwaving for 30 seconds or running under hot water. Insert into the Ninja Creami and select the sorbet setting.
  5. Check the texture after the first spin. If too dry or chunky, re-spin for a smoother result.
  6. Scoop the sorbet into chilled bowls or cups and garnish with mint leaves or lime slice if desired.
