Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully cut pockets into each chicken breast to create space for the filling.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Stuff the chicken pockets with the cheese filling and season the outside with salt and black pepper.
  5. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts in olive oil on a skillet, 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for a few minutes, remove toothpicks, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
