Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a mozzarella stick and 3-4 pepperoni slices at the wide end of each triangle.
Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the cheese and pepperoni.
Roll the crescent dough from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
