Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Sprinkle a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Place 2-3 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides as you roll to encase the filling.
  6. Place the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
