- Preheat your oven to 550°F (290°C) and place your baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat up.
- Roll out your pizza dough to a diameter of 12 inches on a floured surface. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle minced garlic.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and add red pepper flakes. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté undisturbed for 2 minutes, then season with sea salt and black pepper, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese over the prepared dough, followed by sautéed mushrooms and fresh spinach, then top with remaining mozzarella and goat cheese.
- Slide the pizza onto the preheated baking stone or sheet and bake for approximately 13-15 minutes.
- Let the pizza cool for about 3 minutes, then cut into six slices.
