Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 550°F (290°C) and place your baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat up.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough to a diameter of 12 inches on a floured surface. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle minced garlic.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and add red pepper flakes. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté undisturbed for 2 minutes, then season with sea salt and black pepper, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese over the prepared dough, followed by sautéed mushrooms and fresh spinach, then top with remaining mozzarella and goat cheese.
  5. Slide the pizza onto the preheated baking stone or sheet and bake for approximately 13-15 minutes.
  6. Let the pizza cool for about 3 minutes, then cut into six slices.
  7. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over each slice before serving.
