For the Butter Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Fresh) Minced
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry completely with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix and coat the wings thoroughly.
  4. Arranging the coated wings on the prepared baking sheet or wire rack in a single layer.
  5. Roast the wings for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy.
  6. Melt the unsalted butter, add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  7. Toss the hot wings with garlic butter to coat.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with dips.
