For the Topping
  • 1 cup crushed crackers breadcrumbs or panko can be alternatives
  • 1/4 cup butter margarine can be used as a substitute

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, and condensed cream of chicken soup. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter until well-coated. Sprinkle over the chicken filling.
  5. Bake for approximately 40 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbling.
