Preparation Steps

  5. Distribute mozzarella cheese over the pesto.
  6. Layer on artichokes, red onion, and black olives.
  7. Lay halved tomatoes cut-side up and sprinkle feta on top.
  8. Season with oregano, red pepper flakes, and salt.
  9. Bake for 5-10 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Garnish with parsley and arugula, and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
