Cooking Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill chicken on each side for 6-7 minutes until cooked through and golden-brown.
- Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- Wash and slice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice red onion.
- Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
- Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a skillet for about 10-15 seconds on each side.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of hummus over each warm tortilla.
- Layer mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on top of the hummus.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the vegetable layer.
- Arrange sliced chicken on top of the feta and veggies.
- Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll tightly from the bottom.
- Slice each wrap in half at an angle and serve.
