Preparation Steps

- Cook the rice or couscous according to package instructions, usually 10-12 minutes.
- Chop cucumbers and slice kalamata olives while the meatballs and rice/couscous are cooking.
- Assemble the bowls by layering rice/couscous, meatballs, cucumbers, and olives.
