Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather loaf pans.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the white and dark brown sugars until smooth, then add eggs, oil, milk, bourbon, maple extract, and vanilla.
- Stir in the mashed bananas until well combined.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped toffee.
- Grease the loaf pans lightly.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
