Mango Dragonfruit Refresher: Easy Recipe for Refreshment

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 1 cup dragonfruit puree fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mango and dragonfruit slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the green tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool completely.
  2. In a blender, combine the mango juice and dragonfruit puree. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey and blend again until well mixed.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the cooled green tea and the mango-dragonfruit mixture. Stir well to combine.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the refresher over the ice.
  5. Garnish with fresh mango and dragonfruit slices for an extra touch. Serve immediately.
