  • 1 large Onion diced
  • 2 large Bell Peppers diced, any color
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
For Topping
  • 8 oz Provolone Cheese sliced
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for sautéing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 baking dish by spraying it with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet, sauté for about 5-6 minutes until softened. Then add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and add softened cream cheese, stirring until melted and fully blended.
  6. Transfer the meat and vegetable mixture to the prepared baking dish, layer provolone cheese, followed by the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 22-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
