  • 2 slices Ripe Tomatoes Vine-ripened recommended.
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can lighten this.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Chives) Basil or dill can be used.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and herbs. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches 165°F.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with minced garlic and herbs to make the herb mayo.
  5. Toast the sourdough until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the sandwich with herbed mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, and bacon.
