Method
 

Preparation
  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then fold in whipped heavy cream to create cheesecake filling.
  2. Crumble the fudgy brownies into bite-sized pieces, mixing larger chunks and finer crumbs.
  3. Layer crumbled brownies in the bottom of serving cups, then spoon in cheesecake filling, smoothing the top.
  4. Drizzle melted chocolate ganache and caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer.
  5. Repeat the layering process with more brownie crumbles and cheesecake mousse.
  6. Sprinkle extra brownie crumbs on top, optionally add whipped cream or nuts.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
