  • 1 juiced Lemon Fresh lemon juice.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the tilapia fillets if frozen, then pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Trim green beans, mince garlic, juice half of the lemon, and slice the other half for garnish.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and sauté green beans for 4-6 minutes.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter; sear tilapia for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Reduce heat, add another tablespoon of butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in broth or wine and fresh lemon juice, simmering to meld flavors for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Return tilapia and green beans to the skillet; simmer for 2-3 minutes with lemon slices.
  8. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top, plate, and serve warm, drizzling sauce over the dish.
