Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can 16 ounces refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten each portion into a patty. Place 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese in the center of each patty. Fold the edges of the patty over the cheese and roll it into a ball, ensuring the cheese is sealed inside.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into 8 individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle and place a beef ball in the center. Fold the biscuit dough over the beef and pinch to seal.
  5. Place the sealed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, dried parsley, and garlic salt. Brush the mixture over the tops of the bombs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the beef is cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
