Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the pan by lining it with parchment paper, allowing the paper to hang over the edges.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over low heat. Add 10 ounces of mini marshmallows and stir until smooth and gooey.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in ½ cup of key lime juice and zest of one lime until well combined.
  4. Fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies and 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer mixture into the prepared baking pan and press it evenly into the corners without pressing too hard.
  6. Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes before transferring to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Melt a bit of white chocolate and drizzle it over the cooled treats, then cut into squares or rectangles after chocolate sets.
