Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 ounce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a slow cooker, place the chicken breasts and sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the top.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until well combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
