- Add spinach and stir until wilted down, about 2-3 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in cream cheese until melted, adding reserved pasta water if necessary.
- Gently fold in the cooked gnocchi and flaked smoked salmon, heating through for 1-2 minutes.
- Plate immediately and garnish with parsley.
