- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped onion, minced jalapeño, honey, smoked paprika, thyme, cumin, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 3-4 patties, making a slight well in the center of each.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of oil.
- Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- For the avocado crema, blend avocado, cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Toast the hamburger buns cut-side down in the same skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading avocado crema on the bottom bun, adding a turkey patty, corn salsa, and topping with the other half of the bun.
