For Garnish
  • 1 slice Pineapple wedge Adds a festive touch
  • 1 piece Maraschino cherry A classic garnish for sweetness

Equipment

  • glass
  • Plate

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by rimming your glass for the Jack Frost Cocktail. Pour shredded coconut onto a plate. Dip the glass rim into water or pineapple juice until it’s damp, then gently press it into the shredded coconut, coating the rim generously.
  2. In a blender, combine vodka, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice. Add crushed ice. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  3. Once blended to a slushy consistency, take your prepared glass and slowly pour the mixture into it.
  4. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge placed on the rim of the glass. Add a maraschino cherry on top.
  5. Serve your Jack Frost Cocktail right away to enjoy its frosty, slushy goodness.
