Step-by-Step Instructions for Chipotle Lime Salad Dressing
- Juice the fresh limes until you have about 3 tablespoons of juice. Roll each lime on the countertop to maximize juice extraction. Smash and mince garlic cloves, chop chipotle peppers and cilantro.
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, lime juice, and olive oil. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Add minced chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic, cumin, salt and black pepper to the blender. Blend on high for another 45-60 seconds until well combined and smooth.
- Add chopped cilantro to the blender and pulse for 5-10 seconds to incorporate without completely blending in.
- Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning. If too thick, thin out with a bit of water to reach desired consistency.
- Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and store in the fridge. Shake well before use. Enjoy your vibrant dressing on salads, tacos, or grain bowls!
