Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and kosher salt until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder together and fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples.
  5. Mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, kosher salt, and melted butter for the crumble topping.
  6. Scoop the muffin batter into liners and sprinkle crumble topping over each, pressing slightly.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before glazing.
  9. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for the glaze and drizzle over cooled muffins.
