Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well blended.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
  4. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Pour an appropriate amount of batter onto the center of the hot iron and cook for 4-5 minutes.
