Preparation Steps
- Prepare Blackberry Filling: Cook blackberries, add sugar, cornstarch, and salt, cook until thickened, then cool in the refrigerator.
- Make Dough: Activate yeast in warm water, mix remaining ingredients, add yeast mixture, knead until smooth and elastic.
- First Rise: Let dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a damp cloth for 1.5 to 2 hours.
