Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced chicken breast and sauté for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, scraping brown bits off the bottom. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside with the chicken.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pot, lower the heat, and slowly stir in 1 cup of heavy cream until creamy and well combined. Avoid boiling. Serve topped with noodles, sauce, and garnish with green onions.
