Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced chicken breast and sauté for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pot and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, scraping brown bits off the bottom. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside with the chicken.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the pot, lower the heat, and slowly stir in 1 cup of heavy cream until creamy and well combined. Avoid boiling. Serve topped with noodles, sauce, and garnish with green onions.
