- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions.
- Divide the batter into four bowls and add food coloring to each.
- Spoon dollops of each colored batter into the baking dish and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes in the surface of the cake with a wooden spoon handle.
- Whisk instant pudding mix with milk until combined and smooth.
- Pour pudding over the poked cake, filling the holes.
- Cover and refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours.
- Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the top of the chilled cake and decorate with sprinkles.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
