Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, then stir in sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, salt, red food coloring, and vinegar.
  3. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and then whisk in eggs and flour until just combined.
  4. Pour 3/4 of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then add egg and vanilla for the cheesecake layer.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base and spread evenly.
