Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  4. Set aside one-third of the dough for topping and press the remaining dough into the base of the pan.
  5. In another bowl, combine diced peaches with granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  6. Spread the peach filling over the pressed crust layer in the pan.
  7. Crumble the reserved dough over the peach filling evenly.
  8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until topping is golden and filling bubbles around edges.
  9. Remove, cool completely, lift out using parchment, and slice into squares.
