  • 2 cups Arugula lightly dressed with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin for best taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the focaccia in half lengthwise using a serrated knife to create a top and bottom layer.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of pesto sauce over the bottom half of the focaccia.
  3. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute evenly over the pesto.
  4. Layer the prosciutto on top followed by the salami.
  5. Sprinkle arugula over the salami and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the top half of the focaccia back onto the sandwich and press down gently.
  7. Slice the sandwich in half or into smaller portions for serving.
