Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F). Set aside.
  3. Add garlic and red bell pepper to the skillet; sauté until fragrant and slightly softened.
  4. Mix honey and low-sodium soy sauce into the skillet, letting it simmer until thickened.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce; sprinkle chili flakes if desired.
  6. Serve garnished with green onions and enjoy your meal hot.
