- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water.
- Wash and chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cooled pasta and sliced grilled chicken to the bowl with the chopped romaine. Sprinkle shaved Parmesan cheese on top.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing and lemon juice over the ingredients. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Top with croutons right before serving.
