Step-by-Step Instructions for Breakfast Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay thick-cut bacon strips on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together large eggs and milk, seasoning with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet with melted butter and cook the egg mixture until set, folding in the cheeses.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, place the bottoms in a baking dish, and layer with the egg mixture and crumbled bacon.
