Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak your wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Dice the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, aiming for 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss in chicken to coat and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Whisk until smooth and adjust for spice.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers, leaving space for even cooking.
  6. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
  7. Cook the skewers on the grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  8. Remove cooked skewers from the grill and drizzle or dip in the Bang Bang sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
