- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
- Combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of the remaining Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish. Place about 1/4 cup of the filling on one end of a lasagna noodle and roll it up tightly. Position seam-side down in the dish and repeat for all noodles.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over all roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
