Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. Combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the remaining Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish. Place about 1/4 cup of the filling on one end of a lasagna noodle and roll it up tightly. Position seam-side down in the dish and repeat for all noodles.
  5. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over all roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
