- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook 1 lb potato gnocchi until they rise to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
- In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add gnocchi and sear for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Sauté 3 cloves minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
