- Cook the chicken tenders according to package instructions, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Optionally, air-fry for 12 minutes.
- Chop the lettuce, carrots, and cucumbers for the salad mix. Combine in a bowl and drizzle half of the honey mustard dressing over. Toss gently.
- Lay the tortilla flat, spread remaining honey mustard dressing, layer provolone cheese, cooked chicken, salad mix, pickles, and green onions.
- Fold the wrap by tucking in the sides and rolling it tightly from the bottom.
