- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked shrimp and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
