Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 3 minced garlic cloves until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Pat your salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Decide how you’d like to cook your salmon: baking at 400°F, pan-frying over medium-high heat, or grilling.
  4. For baking, place salmon in a dish skin-side down, pour glaze over and bake for 12-15 minutes. If pan-frying, cook skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, flip and add glaze for last minute.
  5. If baked, broil for the last 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  6. Once cooked, let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving with rice or quinoa and remaining glaze.
