Cooking Instructions
  1. Activate the yeast by combining it with half of the warm water in a small bowl and letting it foam for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a larger bowl, blend melted butter, sugar, and salt with remaining warm water, then add the foamed yeast and egg yolk; mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Brush a baking dish with melted butter, spread the dough evenly, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). After dough has risen, brush the top with more melted butter, sprinkle with mozzarella, parmesan, garlic salt, and oregano.
  5. Bake for 28-31 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly. Cool for about 10 minutes before cutting.
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce for an irresistible treat!
