- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, honey, and protein powder. Stir gently until the ingredients form a sticky dough.
- If the mixture is too crumbly, add an extra tablespoon of peanut butter. If too wet, add additional oats gradually.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press down firmly and evenly.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the pressed mixture and press them into the surface with your fingers.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once set, lift the bars out using the parchment paper and slice into 8 equal bars.
